Our office opens at 8 AM to answer phone calls and the first appointment of the day is scheduled for 9 AM on Monday through Friday and 8 AM on Saturday -- Appointments are available as follows: *Hours may vary during holiday and vacation times

Scheduling an Appointment (Current Patients)

***We do not accept walk-ins***​​

Please call (201)-842-0501 to schedule an appointment and bring your insurance card to every visit. If any of your information has changed, please let the front desk staff know when you come in to the office.

• Sick Visits

  • We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the same day that you call. It is best to call in the morning if your child needs to be seen on that day. Same-day sick appointments will be taken up to one hour before the office closes and closing times are approximate.

• Annual Wellness Exams

  • Wellness exams, including physical exams for participation in sports, must be scheduled at least 5-7 days in advance, however, they can be scheduled as early as months in advance. If your child is required to submit health forms by their school/camp, we recommend scheduling the wellness exam at least several weeks in advance to secure an appointment and avoid missing any form submission deadlines.

• Follow-up Visits

  • If the provider asks you to bring in your child for a follow-up, we encourage scheduling the next appointment at the time of the current visit.

• Other Visits​

  • All appointments are scheduled based on availability. To secure an appointment for your child at your desired time and day of week, it is best to call as early in advance as possible.​

Are you looking to register in a NEW BABY or a TRANSFER-IN patient?

 

ONLY fill out the patient registration form AFTER you have spoken with a member of our staff. Before calling, please check with your insurance if we are in network. You will not be able to schedule appointments until a member of our staff has reviewed your documents and informed you of your approval over the phone.

After Hours

Thanks to our 24 hour answering service, there is always a physician on call from home. If your child becomes acutely ill and you cannot wait until the next morning to speak with a physician, call our office number and follow the prompt for the answering service phone number. This service is available after regular hours, on weekends, and holidays.​

 

Please dial 911 for life threatening emergencies. If you suspect that your child has ingested either a medication or household product, please call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
