Grace E. Becz, MD
Dr. Becz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics 1996, 2000, Diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatric Pulmonology 1996. She is a graduate of Silesian Medical School in Poland. Dr. Becz completed her pediatric internship and residency at UMDNJ - New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Becz also completed a fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. Her special interest is the diagnosis, treatment and management of Asthma.
Bhumika Desai, MD, FAAP
Dr. Desai is a graduate of St. Georges University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of NJ. She is committed to promote health as well as treat disease, give unbiased advice and lets people participate actively in all decisions related to health and health care.
Michala Magalnik, FNP-C
Michala Magalnik is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Masters of Nursing at Chamberlain University, where she also completed rotations in primary pediatrics. Her professional nursing background includes both pediatric emergency medicine and pediatric inpatient care. Michala is committed to providing inclusive, family-centered care to all patients.
Sandra Esteves, DNP, RN, PPCNP-BC
Sandra M. Esteves, DNP, RN, PPCNP-BC is a board‑certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care to children and adolescents. She earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and completed both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Rutgers University. Dr. Esteves has extensive experience in pediatric primary care, with a strong focus on preventive health, developmental guidance, and building collaborative, trusting relationships with families. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where children and parents feel supported, heard, and confident in their care.
