Scheduling an Appointment (Current Patients)
***We do not accept walk-ins***
Please call (201)-842-0501 to schedule an appointment and bring your insurance card to every visit. If any of your information has changed, please let the front desk staff know when you come in to the office.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the same day that you call. It is best to call in the morning if your child needs to be seen on that day. Same-day sick appointments will be taken up to one hour before the office closes and closing times are approximate.
Annual Wellness Exams
Wellness exams, including physical exams for participation in sports, must be scheduled at least 5-7 days in advance, however, they can be scheduled as early as months in advance. If your child is required to submit health forms by their school/camp, we recommend scheduling the wellness exam at least several weeks in advance to secure an appointment and avoid missing any form submission deadlines.
If the provider asks you to bring in your child for a follow-up, we encourage scheduling the next appointment at the time of the current visit.
All appointments are scheduled based on availability. To secure an appointment for your child at your desired time and day of week, it is best to call as early in advance as possible.
