NOTICE TO PATIENTS REGARDING COVID-19
The health, safety and well-being of our patients and staff is our priority. We want to ensure that our offices stay safe for our patients and that we are able to continue providing care.
You can help us keep our office safe by complying with guidelines from the CDC. Please report to the office prior to coming in for your appointment if:
you are experiencing any fever, cough, shortness of breath, cold or flu-like symptoms
you have traveled internationally
you have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or has traveled internationally
We are also restricting ALL VISITORS (this includes newborns) from accompanying you at your appointment.
We allow just one parent to accompany child during visit in order to decrease number of people in the office.

We would like to thank everyone for your cooperation during these uncertain times. We need your help in working together to give the best care possible and STOP the spread of the virus.
